How to Delete Your Data

If you have signed in or interacted with our app using a third-party account such as Facebook, Google, Apple, or others, you can delete your data in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Remove Access via Your Third-Party Account

Removing the app's access from your third-party account (e.g., Facebook or Google) will automatically revoke our access to your data and may delete associated data on our end.

  1. Go to the settings of your third-party account (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple)
  2. Navigate to the section for apps or connected services
  3. Find our app in the list of connected apps
  4. Revoke or remove access

Option 2: Request Manual Data Deletion

You may also request manual deletion of your data stored on our servers by contacting us directly. Please include the email address or user ID associated with your third-party account.

Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected and processed. This right is also known as the "right to be forgotten."

Scope of Deletion

We will delete all personal data related to your account except for any information we are required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or compliance with legal obligations.

Timeframe

We will process your deletion request promptly and, in any event, within 30 business days of receipt of your request. Once deletion is complete, we will confirm this via email.

No Fees or Undue Delays

You will not be charged any fees for making a deletion request, and we will not delay or refuse a request without valid legal grounds.
